This was a really nice visit. The cats were friendly but most of them were sleeping in the afternoon. One cat let me pet it for a long time while sleeping, and some others really liked to play. Also one cat likes to follow people into the bathroom and hide behind the toilet lol. I had a matcha float which was really tasty. And the lady was very nice even though i don't speak Japanese. It was worth the money for sure.

I went to over 4 cat cafes across Japan and to be completely honest, this was by far the best cat café I've ever been to (both Japan and Australia). The staff was very kind and helpful and the cats themselves were also very friendly and loving. I had a couple cats sit on me and let me stroke their belly! I wish I could stay forever!

Lovely relaxed cat café! The cats were sweet and it’s obvious the woman who was working there (the owner?) really cares for them. The place was extremely clean and quiet, and the tea was good. We were missing our cats back home so it was great to have some cat time.

We are so happy we came here, the staff were so friendly as were the cats! They were so cute, friendly and one even sat on my partners lap for a cuddle. Definitely one of the best cat cafes I have come to as the cats were super friendly and loving!

Kitty heaven!!! I was missing my cats back home and this was just what I needed! All the cats seem well cared for and the owner was super nice! The place is very clean and homey. Highly recommend for anyone in the area! Just a small detour from a day out in Arashiyama back to Kyoto city.

I read more than one comment saying that this place is too pricey, but I don't think so. ¥1,200 for one hour of stay with one drink included I think is totally fine. The cat's are lovely and we had a great time. The area around the toilet smells a little bit because the cat's toilet is around the same area, but I think it is unavailable. Recommended.
